Product Description:
Adopted with modified epoxy resin and composite materials, XQ-IME
Injection Anchoring Adhesive is a two-component, Styrene Free
system for use as a high strength, non-shrink anchor grouting
material. Its advantage on steel bar planting has been proved by
many testimonies. Compares with other adhesive, it is a new high
performance, Eco-friendly anchoring adhesive which has strong
bonding strength and high efficiency as well as irritation free and
low odor.
Key Features
Design flexibility permitted for sustained load performance at
elevated temperature Job site versatility can be specified for dry
and damp conditions when in-service temperatures range from -40°F
(-40°C) to 150°F (65°C)
Recognized per AC308 to be used for rebar development and splice
length design provisions of ACI 318
Easy hole-cleaning, no power-brushing required
1:1 two-component, high-solids, epoxy-based anchoring adhesive
formula
When properly mixed, will be a uniform teal color
Suitable for use under static and seismic loading conditions in
cracked and uncracked concrete and masonry
Suitable for use in dry or water-saturated concrete
Use with threaded rod or rebar
Substrate installation temperature from 50°F (4°C) to 110°F (38°C)
In-service temperature range of –40°F (–40°C) to 150°F (65°C)
For best results, store between 45°F (7°C) and 90°F (32°C)
Shelf life of 24 months

Processing Method
1 Tools
- Electric hammer
- Hole cleaning brush
- Air compressor
- Glue gun
2 Attention
- Drill as per requested hole dia. and depth
- Clean the hole completely
- Inject from the bottom of the hole and pull out the gun slowly.
- After planting the bar, let the gel harden in still.
Drilling: As per technical data
Cleaning: using pump or compressed air and brush to clean the hole
completely.
Assembling and Injection: Mount the static mixer onto the bottle, push out some incomplete
mixed gel at the front part,then inject from the bottom of the
hole, to fill 1/2 to 2/3 depth of the hole.
Bar planting: spin slowly the bar or screw into the hole, adjust up and down for
several times to make the gel average, but don’t touch it during
hardening time.
Curing and Maintenance: According to the temperature of the base materials, give enough
time to harden and start to load mounting until it hardened
completely.
