Low Viscosity Epoxy Concrete Crack Sealer For Surface Repairing

Mainly used for concrete crack grouting,repairing,reinforcement of beam, floor, pole and basement of building, bridge and roadway. It is two components injection adhesive, mainly with modified epoxy resin and can be hardened at room temperature.

Repairing the hollow parts of the wall and ground of cement and mortar, ceramics and stones Crack repairing for the concrete buildings, such as prefabricated components, equipment, silos, reservoirs, dams, bridges, tunnels, pipes, concrete pavement.

Repairing and reinforcement of the concrete crack on outer and inner walls, roof, beam, pole and floor.

Processing Flow

Crack confirmation and marking → Crack treatment → Seal the crack and fix the injection gun base

→ mix the adhesive according to the ratio → low pressure injection → hardening and maintenance

Packaging and Logistics

1. Two components packed separately, the mixing ratio is 2:1

2. Shall be stored in cool (under 25℃), dry and ventilated place, no exceed 1 year.

3. This product is not a dangerous goods, can be shipped as normal chemical materials.

Do not mix too much at each time, use upon actual necessary

If touched by skin, clean with acetone and washed by water immediately
